Authentic You

A self-directed Authentic Leadership and Mentoring Programme for Teachers and Coaches 

This is an 8 hour programme conducted over a full day or two half days.

Aimed at personally and professionally developing staff entering, in, or thinking about management and leadership roles.

Participants walk through self directed learning and mentoring of 13 modules with a 16 year experienced Non Profit CEO and 23 year Experienced secondary  teacher and former Head of School and Internationally experienced sports coach.
